Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing potential security threats to organization systems and networks.
• Implement and maintain security measures such as firewalls, anti-virus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Assess potential risks to organization systems and networks and develop plans to address risks.
• Ensure organization compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to data protection and privacy.
• Respond to security incidents, such as data breaches or cyber attacks, and take appropriate actions to minimize the damage.
• Training employees on best practices for data protection, such as how to recognize and report security incidents.
• Perform regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities in organization systems and networks.
• Develop and implement security policies that outline how an organization should protect its data and systems.
• Up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure organization security measures are effective.
• Collaborate with other teams in the organization, such as IT, risk management, compliance , and management, to ensure that the organization security measures are aligned with overall business objectives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Minimal 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity position.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity aspects, including data security, and network security.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-changing business environment and manage shifts in priorities.
• Must have at least 1 certification which is relevant professional certifications or industry accreditations (CISSP, CEH, SSCP, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead auditor etc.).
• Have a clear understanding of confidentiality issues and relating laws
• Knowledge in Digital Blockchain and Digital Asset would be a plus.
• Able to work under pressure and independence.
