Coordinate team to deliver overall IT operation activities to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
Follow up IT Operation issues.
Implement continuous improvement of the ITSM processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management Processes, Access Management and Asset Management (Cover IT system and Endpoint).
Ensure the availability of applications, infrastructure and other tools necessary for the delivery of high-quality IT service.
Review and analyze service metrics (KPIs) to recommend improvements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Coordinate changes with process owners and maintain appropriate OLAs/SLAs for new services. Monitor and report performance against SLAs and OLAs to stakeholders.
Participate in incident response and business continuity planning, managing stakeholder expectations by reporting on performance for the Infrastructure team, systems, and vendors.
Working with the business and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities.
Provide 24*7 support. (when required).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT-related.
Hands on experience of operational processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and IT Security processes.
3+ year of experience working in IT Operation.
Good communication skills – both written and verbal in English.
High teamwork ethic, prioritizing the success of the team.
Experience with cloud providers such as AWS (preferred).
Knowledge of Blockchain (preferred).
ITIL qualified (preferred).
