Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns and other acquisition/portfolio management initiatives that align with the company's marketing strategies and business goals.
• Able to strategize media plan, understand media performance metric / analytics and able to work with media agency on media optimization.
• Work closely with Business Development, Product Teams and Customer Service teams to ensure campaign alignment with company objectives.
• Coordinate with the copywriters and production teams for the development of marketing materials and content.
• Manage digital, print, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
• Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Monitor expenses and adjust strategies to optimize campaign performance within budget.
• Analyze campaign and customer portfolio / behavior to strategize new initiatives / campaign and provide regular reports on ROI and key performance metrics.
• Use data to identify trends and insights, and refine future campaign strategies.
• Conduct and utilize market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.
• Address any concerns and adjust strategies as needed based on feedback.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Experiences in digital performance is a plus.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
• Good command of English, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong interest in crypto/blockchain/technology space is a plus.
