This role includes marketing strategy development and execution to meet business target achievement. The Head person must be one who can lead cross- functional teams and collaboration with key internal and external partners. Key skills needed includes strategic thinking, well -rounded business acumen, agency management is a plus, project management, planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Lead IMC plan and agency management, creative development to create brand awareness online, offline, on-ground.
- Lead digital marketing and media strategy, plan, execute and manage online & offline ,AWO media including paid ,own, earn media and media optimization.
- Develop PR & KOL strategy and execution.
- Strategize and build relationship with potential partnerships to increase brand awareness, new user acquisition or business volume.
- Initiate marketing promotions CRM campaign and on-ground campaign to acquire new user base and retain existing customers.
- Ensure marketing processes, policies, and procedures are closely followed and in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Budget, control, and analyze all campaign ( media & promotion) expenses and result according to the company’s development strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experiences in sales or marketing department in financial institutions or retail products (banks, asset management or consumer products) or relevant role in financial services industry.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
- Experiences or strong passion in digital asset is a plus.
- Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, analytical, project and people management.
- High integrity, results-oriented and self-motivated with strong leadership qualities and good teamwork capabilities.
- Good verbal and written English communication proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
