Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a brand and commercial strategy to bring institutional clients as per digital assets business plan targets.
  • Assist clients through the onboarding process, assisting with document preparation, account setup, and facilitating the completion of various forms and other necessary processes.
  • Coordinate with clients as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure they receive accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Provide initial guidance on product usage for clients and help in resolving any issues or disruptions that may arise during use.
  • Efficiently address and resolve client complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to assist clients in receiving excellent service, fostering positive client impressions.
  • Regularly report on sales, service activities, and responses to client requests or complaints to direct head.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • Over 1 year of experience in the digital asset industry or financial services sector.
  • Strong command of Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
  • Having a good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage and serve clients effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with team members, other departments, and partners.
  • Proven experience in interacting with corporate clients in the technology or digital asset sectors.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of digital currencies, particularly having opened accounts with digital asset exchanges or brokers, is a plus.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English, capable of addressing the needs of both domestic and international clients.
  • Highly adaptable to change, able to work under pressure, and effectively respond to emerging issues.
  • Committed to ethical standards and integrity in customer service, working transparently and with the client’s best interests in mind.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, focused on resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
