Responsibilities

• Create digital asset investment strategy and policy, including investment plan, target and investment process
• Construct digital asset portfolios of the company and manage the investments according to the investment policy and risk framework
• Develop innovative digital asset investment products based on customer demands and aligned with global industry trends
• Perform detailed investment analysis and recommendations for digital asset investment
• Prepare research papers and presentations related to investments and presents to the management of the company or other meetings
• Supervise investment management to follow investment strategy, investment policy and risk management procedure Ensure that all activities are complied with related regulations and internal policies
• Report investment performance to management of the company

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital asset industry
• Deep fundamental knowledge, experiences and strong passion in digital assets
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
• The Fund Manager license and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder is a big plus (but not required)
• High integrity, results-oriented and self-motivated with strong leadership qualities and good teamwork capabilities
• Good verbal and written English communication proficiency
