Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery
• Collaborate with the development team to automate and streamline processes
• Monitor, optimize and maintain infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security
• Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or incidents in development, test, and production environments
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
• Update and maintain Infrastructure/DevOps documentation
• Build and Deploy applications and manage their lifecycle
• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
• Adhere to firm Change Management, Problem Management and release management policies
• Mentor and provide guidance on DevOps best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or Google Cloud (preferably AWS or IBM Cloud)
• Proficient in coding and scripting using Shell, Python, or Golang
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.
• Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.
• Experience with logging and monitoring systems such as Grafana, Kibana, etc.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team
