Responsibilities


  • Manage sales activity to achieve business objectives, including revenue, asset under management, number of new customers and customer satisfaction
  • Generate fresh leads and acquire new customers through relationships to shore up the clientele
  • Build good relationships with key customers and provide suitable investment advice and customer support
  • Analyze customer data, sales, and market behavior to provide insights to the management
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and KYC/CDD processes
  • Ensure that sales process, policies, and procedures are closely followed and in compliance with laws and regulations


Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing department in financial institutions (banks, securities broker, or asset management companies) or relevant role in financial services industry
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
  • Experience or strong passion in digital asset is a plus
  • IC License is a plus
  • Deep understanding of Thai customer’s trends in wealth management / financial products
  • High integrity, results-oriented and self-motivated with strong leadership qualities and good teamwork capabilities
  • Good verbal and written English communication proficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
