Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) as first lines of defense against money laundering for Individual customers and Juristic companies.
Conduct due diligence checks, including background checks, PEP (Politically Exposed Person) screenings, and sanctions lists.
Assist in developing and maintaining KYC policies, procedures and SOP.
Part of a team to support the onboarding review process, periodic review, and AML/KYC related activities.
Gather AML related information of a client to an extent of reaching out to customers, if needed.
Stay updated on KYC regulations and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with all relevant KYC requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional team to ensure that the KYC of user are getting processed.
Perform holistic review of client's financial activities to detect any transaction's indicative of money laundering or terrorist financing.
Support and check the screening results during onboarding and periodic review etc.
Conduct face-to-face KYC with clients or reach out via dedicated communication channel to gather KYC information and verify documents.
Perform UAT testing to KYC & AML-related project.
Be a team member in relevant projects or initiatives as per assigned.
Qualifications
Fluent in both Thai and English.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Attention to detail with a can-do attitude.
Strong organizational skills.
